Free Cancellation via Booking.com
If you have booked through Booking.com, you must also request free cancellation through that booking portal. We normally accept this only in absolute emergencies and when rebooking at the same price. If the price is lower. If the price for the alternative period is higher, the price will be increased.

What can I do if I don't have a credit card
In this case, the room can be paid either in advance or on-site at check-in. Alternatively, you are welcome to provide us with a payment guarantee.

Pre-Check-In Online
You are welcome to check in online in advance to expedite the check-in process on-site. If the link we send you does not work for any reason, this is not a problem at all—we will complete the process together on-site.

Check-In Outside Opening Hours
For a late check-in, we require an email address and a phone number for emergencies in advance. There is a key safe in front of the entrance to our main building. We will send you the PIN code, as well as all important information about the hotel, parking, room, and breakfast, by email on the day of arrival. In the key safe, you will find all important information again, as well as your key card, which works for both your room and the underground parking garage.

Parking
Hotel Olymp has an outdoor parking lot at the rear of the main Olymp building, as well as three underground garages (Olymp, Apartmenthaus, and Apollo). The underground garage of the Apollo building is located to the right of the Apollo building entrance. The other two underground garages are accessible via Paul-Käsmeier-Straße.

Additional Important Information
There is an emergency number that can be reached at night. The main entrance of Hotel Olymp is locked at night. However, the door toward the parking lot is open at all times (please pull firmly).

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out time until 11:00 AM

Late Check-Out Option
For a fee of 40 euros, the stay can be extended until 3:00 PM on the same day. If you wish to stay longer than 3:00 PM, you would need to pay for an additional full night.

Departed Without Payment
If you have departed and forgotten to pay, we require your credit card details (number, expiration date) as well as your email address. With your consent, we can then debit the corresponding amount and send you an invoice by email.

In the Apollo building, there is a self-check-in kiosk where you can check in and check out independently.
Additionally, during your stay, you can encode your room card yourself by entering your last name and departure date.

Wellness for Hotel Guests
Wellness is already included in the price. There are two wellness areas: main Olymp building (whirlpool, sauna, infrared cabin, salt grotto, relaxation room) and Apollo (sauna, sanarium, relaxation area)

Wellness for External Guests
Price: €15 per person

Massage Services
A massage must first be requested from us. All prices and offers can be found on our website. The massage takes place in the wellness area of the main Olymp building.

Fitness - Location and Opening Hours
The fitness room is located on the ground floor of the Apollo building, the last door on the left, accessible with key card

For stays of 2 nights or more, you can opt out of housekeeping. This means that the room will not be cleaned or tidied on that day. In return, you will receive a beverage voucher from us (one drink per voucher for all guests in the room).

Children are warmly welcome.

Upon request, you can extend your stay during reception opening hours upon arrival at the hotel or before your original departure date.

This extension is only possible if the hotel has availability for the desired dates.
